We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@orreasa.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly received, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), bespoke products (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on special offers or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the same form as your original payment. Please remember that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
